I wish negative stars was an option. We purchased two new AC systems from “ Best” and have had nothing but problems. We have a service plan and when AC wasn’t working and we called, nobody responded for two days. After we were able to set up an ...appointment, we were told we needed a new board, and new motors, for our zoned system, so we did that. Problems continued. Our contractor noticed that the drain was installed incorrectly, so it’s almost impossible to change filters. All it needs is a 90 degree fitting, still waiting for that. We were told we needed two new thermostats and that would fix things, so we bought those but problems continued. Then we were told the board was bad, still waiting for a call to replace that. Leslie, who is supposed to be in charge has returned ONE phone call in three weeks. We were outside and missed her call but returned that call within minutes, always leaving messages with no success. She’s either “ In a meeting, on the phone, or in the field”. Never get return calls. Finally went another route and spoke to Vandy, outlining our frustration and total lack of customer service. Vandy assured us that Leslie would be calling us that day, Wednesday, to resolve the problem. We knew it wouldn’t happen, and it didn’t. Here it is, Friday, and we are still waiting for these useless, ineffective people to do their job and fix our $20,000 problem. This is the absolute WORST, not best, company we have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. EDIT: This is priceless. The response from the “Owner” with a number and extension to call, sends us right back to the “Customer service” people mentioned in this review. 🤦🏻♀️.
We called for a quote on a new main breaker switch and the quote was absolutely ridiculous. We were quotes over 1000 dollars. So we called for a quote from Sargeant's Electric and got a quote Half the price.
