My tub was leaking. Steven worked late into the night to ensure my leak was repaired and new water installed. For the $5191.00 it cost I hope Steven is paid well. He surely deserves it. He was professional and so nice. Highly recommend him as a technician

Christian was on time, very professional and personable. He took the time to perform the needed work with attention to detail. He never rushed or became frustrated if a portion of the installation became tricky. You could see that his experience came through. We had 5 ceiling fans and 3 ceiling lights installed. The time and effort that he put into this to make it right went beyond anything we have ever seen in today’s contract services, which can be a disappointment. You never know what you will be getting when hiring a company. We can say without hesitation that Best came through for us when we needed weekend services. Another Best electrician (Cameron) who did our initial assessment arrived to assist Christian in the lighting project. These two gentlemen worked well together and went well above the time and efforts needed to complete our project in one day. Thank you to Christian and Cameron for all the work you did in our home to make it right and thank you to Best for providing us with quality technicians and services.

Great job! Very personable! Explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. The only negative - arrived outside the 4 hour window provide by the office scheduler...late. will ask for Byron again!

Chris went about the repair in a very methodical way identifying what needed to be done first and letting me know how long the repair would take. He answered a couple of questions I had and that provided me with knowledge that I did not have on how the system works. I am very happy with the work that was done.
