William was very professional and courteous. He explained the possibilities that could be wrong and explained what he was going to check. Discussed my options with me and made suggestions. He didn’t waste time and he was very covid aware. I appreciated that. He was great and took care of the ac problem.

My first experience with Best Home Services was good so I paid for their yearly service. Every experience since has been HORRIBLE! Every technician has kept me waiting all day not showing up within the 4 hour window and often wind up rescheduling over and over again. When they finally show up they are rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. But they will charge you a outrageous "diagnosis" fee to guess how to fix the problem. Then give you a even more outrageous price quote to do the work. Update: Since my earlier review Best Home Services has sent out a different technician who was very professional and found the true problem with my air handler and got it fixed. A manager named George has contacted me about the previous faults of the company and is trying to rectify the situation. I will see where this goes and update my review accordingly.
